Our Sirloin Jerky is for those who appreciate a little less fat; its made from our carefully sourced grass fed sirloin, from farms we know and trust. Sirloin is traditionally a more premium cut, to reflect our increased cost its priced a little higher than our other product lines but we think its well worth it!
